What is your reaction when an attorney looks at your laptop?

Two part question:

Today I was taking an interpreted dep and the deposing attorney was really surprised by one of the answers, which led him to deviate from the line of questioning he was on. Four pages later, he wanted to know where he was before all that. I start scrolling up (First part: we are supposed to just suck it up and go back, right? This particular job was fairly easy to identify what he was getting at, but some other jobs Ive been on would have been difficult to find a certain spot 5 or 10 pages later) and looking for it. 15 seconds later, the attorney is at my side watching me scroll and pulling the laptop towards him, reading to figure out where he was. It made me uncomfortable. I was writing well, and thats not the issue, it just felt a bit invasive.

Is it or is it not?
