How did you transition from your corporate job into your court reporting career?
One day in the near future, I look forward to transitioning from my corporate job as an Executive Assistant to my court reporting career. I am not sure at this point whether it will be freelance or official; however, Id like to know how did you make the transition? Did you just give your two week notice directly after you pass the exam? Did you build up a nest egg right before you quit your job so that youd have some income prior to making the same amount of money or more from court reporting? Did you transition into it part-time by taking time off from your full-time job temporarily? Any answers would be very helpful to me!
