A transcript request was made for a DUI hearing. I have the CD of the traffic stop. Ive been taught to copy ALL exhibits for attachment to transcripts. For court proceedings, according to Georgias rate sheet, there is a fee for copying/producing CDs or providing an ASCII. The requesting party did not specify whether or not he desired a copy of the CD with the transcript. Do you copy it, charge them, and then attach? Or do you put a * in the index stating ... States Exhibits 1 and 2 retained by the Court. ???
